Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit experienced Clinical Midwife Educators who have a strong background in delivering training to international nurses, and ideally, passed OSCE exams as part of their training.
The role is to support our existing Education Team with the delivery of our in-person NMC OSCE courses on a monthly basis and our online courses every other week.
As a Clinical Midwife Educator, you will be responsible for teaching OSCE modules to overseas midwives. You will ensure learners have a clear understanding of what's expected of them during their NMC OSCE exams and deliver sessions to meet your KPIs. It will be your responsibility to help the organisation to support learners through their learning journey to the successful completion of their OSCE.
